THE SHARP PENCIL
The Sharp Pencil
The pencil was cheap looking, it had bite marks and black stripes. It was pointy. It’s saving grace was that it was sharp, very sharp. Sharp enough to poke someone's clothing and their skin. Pretend drumsticks have made it like a musical instrument. Teeth marks at the top from someone that was hungry has put their germs on the pencil. The bright red pencil is now destroyed and ugly. My trusty old instrument still works.

Identity sensory poem
I can see people filling other peoples buckets.
I can hear people on the playground laughing.
I can feel a hard rugby ball in my hands.
I can smell my delicious lunch.
I can taste my nice yummy sandwich.
Attending GTS makes me feel proud because this is the best school.
